How to File a Complaint

You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 2 business days, along with the name of the person handling your case.

We will thoroughly investigate your complaint. This may involve reviewing records, speaking with relevant personnel, and, if necessary, consulting with our accreditation bodies. We aim to provide a formal response within 15 business days.
Step 4: Resolution
If your complaint is upheld, we will propose corrective actions, which may include:
- Re‑assessment of a service or certificate
- Fee adjustment or refund (where applicable)
- Process improvements to prevent recurrence
Step 5: Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant accreditation body or regulatory authority, such as:
- Pakistan National Accreditation Council (PNAC)
- International Accreditation Service (IAS)
- Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA)
