Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your S3iWorld course. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Course Refunds
Because our courses are digital and accessible immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or started.

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed or started any lesson or quiz.
  • You accidentally purchased a duplicate course.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Course Cancellation (by S3iWorld)
If we cancel a course for any reason (rare), you will receive a full refund or credit toward another course.

Transfer to Another Course
You may request a one-time transfer to a different course of equal value within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the original course.

Corporate / Group Bookings
For group enrollments (5+ learners), separate cancellation terms apply. Please contact us for details.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, we may suspend your account and revoke any certificates issued.
