Certificate Verification Policy

S3iWorld issues digital certificates that employers, institutions, or other third parties can verify online. This policy explains how verification works.

How Verification Works
Each S3iWorld certificate contains:

  • A unique 16-digit verification ID
  • A QR code that links directly to our verification page

To verify a certificate:

  1. Go to our Verification Page (link on website footer)
  2. Enter the verification ID from the certificate
  3. View the certificate details (learner name, course name, issue date, expiry if any)

What Information is Displayed
When a certificate is verified, we display:

  • Full name of the certificate holder
  • Course title
  • Date of issue
  • Certificate expiry (if applicable)
  • Verification status (valid / revoked)

Revoked Certificates
A certificate may be revoked if:

  • The learner was found to have cheated on the exam
  • The certificate was obtained fraudulently
  • A court or regulatory body orders revocation

Revoked certificates will show as “Invalid” during verification.

Replacement Certificates
If you lose your original certificate, you can download a new PDF from your account dashboard at any time. There is no fee for digital re-issuance.

Physical Certificates
If you purchased a physical certificate, allow 10–15 business days for delivery. Verification of physical certificates uses the same online system.

Fraudulent Claims
Anyone who falsely claims to hold an S3iWorld certificate or alters a certificate may be subject to legal action.
